This seminar will introduce the prosthetic product range and focus on the sales relevant information of each product. The products covered in the course are:

• Flex-Foot Range

This seminar is focusing on sales representatives of Chinese P&O facilities.

Silicone Liner Applications for the Transtibial Amputee

2-day seminar providing a thorough understanding of proper selection and application of Össur's silicone liner products for the transtibial amputee. The course includes review and use of Flex-Foot.

The seminar will utilize video, multimedia, and hands-on experience to obtain a working knowledge in properly sizing, selecting and fitting Iceross silicone liners (Locking and Seal-In) and Icelock locking systems. Flex-Foot selection and fitting procedures will also be covered with respect to basic fitting and adjustment principles. Casting (with the IceCast Anatomy pressure casting system), modification, alignment, and fitting techniques for transtibial sockets with the use of a locking liner system and Flex-Foot® will be demonstrated on a patient model.

Silicone Liner Applications for the Transfemoral Amputee

2-day seminar providing a thorough understanding of proper selection and application of Össur’s silicone liner products for the transfemoral amputee. The course includes review and use of Total Knee, Mauch and Flex-Foot.

The seminar will utilize video, multimedia, and hands-on experience to obtain a working knowledge in properly selecting and utilizing Iceross® silicone liners (locking and Seal-In), Icelock locking systems, Total Knee, Mauch and Flex-Foot components. Casting, modification, and fitting techniques for transfemoral sockets with the use of a TF Seal-In® Liner will be demonstrated. A prosthesis utilizing the Seal-In system with Total-Knee or Mauch and Flex-Foot will be fabricated and fit on a patient model.

Silicone Liner Applications for the Upper Limb Amputee

1-day seminar providing a thorough understanding of proper selection and application of Össur’s silicone liner products for the upper limb amputee. The course includes review and use of Iceross Upper-X liner and Icelock 700 series locking system.

The seminar will utilize video, multimedia, and hands-on experience to obtain a working knowledge in properly selecting and utilizing Iceross® silicone Upper-X liner and Icelock® locking systems. Casting, modification, and fitting techniques for transhumeral and transradial sockets with the use of a Upper-X liner will be demonstrated. A test socket will be fabricated and fit on a patient model.
