All Össur instructors are prosthetic practitioners with clinical experience in fitting Össur products, presenting information on fitting and sizing techniques, alignment requirements, and trouble-shooting suggestions. They contribute to research and development of Össur products and provide objective insight into system features, benefits, and future product enhancements.
Steven Zhang, C.P. - Össur AsiaSteven is a Chinese trained C.P. He started his career in 2000 when he began working in a P&O facility in Shenyang, where he underwent on-the-job training. In 2006 he moved to Beijing and worked for Sang Lan Company where he was responsible for lower limb prosthetics and training of the company’s sales team and new staff. Steven joined Össur in the beginning of 2009. He is supporting Claudia in trainings and educational activities. The Clinical Training Center includes a large seminar room for up to 50 people, equipped with state of the art multimedia equipment. Beside the seminar room you find a big gait training room with stairs and ramp for static and dynamic alignment, gait training activities and demonstrations. A large workshop, equipped with newest tools and machinery allows for cast rectification and thermoplastic and laminate fabrication of prosthesis. Email Steven Zhang szhang@ossur.com |
