The Össur headquarters for Australia, New Zealand and South East Asia offers specialized technical and clinical training programs, as well as direct customer service and clinical support.

It is located in North Parramatta, New South Wales just one hour from the Sydney airport and 30 minutes from downtown Sydney. The clinical training facilities include complete fabrication facilities for measurement, casting, rectification, and fabrication of prostheses. A large walking area is complete with parallel bars and ramp and stairs for dynamic alignment and gait training. The lecture room seats up to 10 students and is complete with state of the art multimedia equipment.

A range of hands-on training programs are offered at the Össur Asia Pacific facility (OAP) and in local Asian markets at the request of local O&P facilities and distribution partners.

The OAP training center also hosts seminars on advanced Össur technologies, including the Rheo Knee system and Proprio Foot.

The Academy is all about increasing vocational success in the O&P field in terms of knowledge and professionalism. We want to provide practitioners in Asia with more direct support and access to critical clinical information and training that will benefit their patients and their practice.
