Where we came from...

The company is named after Össur Kristinsson, an Icelandic prosthetist and amputee himself. Össur identified a need in the market for alternative suspension systems at the time, leading him to the development of the revolutionary silicone interface for prosthetic sockets, now widely known as Iceross® Liners. Building on that pioneering tradition, the organisation has added numerous life changing products to the portfolio.

The education and training of our team is a vital element for us, ensuring customers are receiving the most accurate and up-to-date information about our products, services and support. Our clinical experts are available for support at clinical in-services, over the phone or through email, assisting in the enhancement of patient outcomes. Between us, we have 174 years’ of combined experience in the orthopaedic industry.

 

 

EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE

In 2015 we achieved a 99.9% on-time and complete order delivery score. We make it as convenient as possible for orders to be made over the phone, via email or fax; providing an easy reference catalogue and ordering system. Orders can be placed any time of the day and all shipments for locally stocked products will be made within 24 hours of receiving the order. Orders received by 2pm AEDT will be shipped on the same day. All orders are processed with a 14-day obligation-free return policy.
